Mutual of Omaha Mortgage TPO Policy, Product and Pricing Update:  11-22-2024–1

TPO Announcement:

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage TPO will not be open in observance for Thanksgiving, Thursday November 28 and Friday November 29^th.

For Mutual TPO Wholesale loans – Loans cannot close on Thursday or Friday and no funds will be disbursed both days.  However, Friday will be counted toward rescission (Right to Cancel).  Please review your pipeline and account for these dates and rescission timing on each lock.
